We offer a two (2) year warranty against any quality defects (starting from the date of purchase). The after-sales service is provided from Canada, not from China.

1. Only defective or damaged items caused by product quality and purchased directly from the OTTOfficial online store will be accepted.

2. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, disassembled, or has missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Please understand that we only provide returns or replacements after troubleshooting and confirming that your product is defective and cannot be used normally.

4. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees for returning the item(s).

5. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
